BIO: Christopher is a veteran banking executive whose career has been defined by the disciplined scaling of regulated financial institutions. As President and Chief Executive Officer of CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) and its subsidiary Citizens Business Bank from 2006 to 2020, he grew shareholders' equity from approximately $375 million to over $1.9 billion, expanded total assets beyond $11 billion, and executed multiple strategic acquisitions — including the transformational merger with Community Bank — while maintaining one of the longest consecutive profitability records in U.S. banking. Prior to CVB Financial, Christopher served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mellon First Business Bank. His experience governing a Nasdaq-listed, acquisition-led financial services company through multiple market cycles is directly relevant to CoinShares' growth strategy as it scales its regulated asset management platform in the United States.

BIO: Caroline is one of the most prominent figures in U.S. digital asset regulation. As Acting Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, designated by President Trump in January 2025, she led a landmark modernisation agenda that included bringing listed spot crypto products into federally regulated U.S. markets for the first time, launching the CFTC's Digital Asset Markets Pilot Program, and delivering 14 advisory committee recommendations spanning Treasury market reform, tokenised collateral, and a first-ever U.S. digital asset taxonomy. She currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of MoonPay, a global crypto payments infrastructure company. Prior to the CFTC, Caroline spent seven years at Citigroup as a Managing Director, holding leadership roles across market structure, capital markets regulatory strategy, and global regulatory affairs. With more than a decade of direct experience in digital asset policy and institutional financial regulation, she brings to the Odysseus Holdings board an unmatched understanding of the evolving U.S. regulatory landscape that will shape the environment in which CoinShares operates and grows.

BIO: Paul is a seasoned public company director and financial services executive with over 40 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate governance across multiple Nasdaq- and NYSE-listed companies. As Chairman of Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) since 2017 — a digital-first banking platform — he has overseen a period during which annual earnings grew from $2 million to $450 million and total assets reached approximately $23 billion, driven by diversification into new digital product lines, strategic M&A, and significant technology investment. Paul also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mountain Lake Acquisition Corp., a SPAC that raised $210 million in its December 2024 IPO. Earlier in his career, he served as President, International and Corporate Development at Encore Capital Group (NASDAQ: ECPG), an international specialty finance company, and as a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Mergers and Acquisitions Services Group. His combination of digital banking governance, SPAC execution experience, and deep public markets expertise is directly aligned with Odysseus Holdings' trajectory as a newly Nasdaq-listed, acquisition-capable digital asset manager.

His skills extend to the management of trading programs focused on macroeconomic commodities, including notably cryptocurrencies. Since 2014, he has been recognized as a leading expert in the digital asset sector. Before co-founding CoinShares, a pivotal player in the cryptocurrency industry, Jean-Marie Mognetti served as a quantitative trader at Hermes Commodities Fund Managers. His role there was instrumental in establishing and implementing trading strategies based on rigorous quantitative risk management approaches.

BIO: Daniel Masters is the Chairman of the Board of directors and chair of Remuneration Committee. Daniel Masters has more than 30 years of experience in energy trading. He was the Head of Global Energy Trading for Morgan Guaranty Trust Company (MGT), oversaw several of the trading and risk management functions at the Energy Division of Salomon, Inc., was involved in the establishment of the natural gas and electricity markets in the UK, completed some of the first forward contracts for electricity and was one of the first and most active participants in the market for Contracts for Difference (“CFDs”) in Europe.

BIO: Richard has 10 years of experience in chartered accounting. He joined CoinShares from Cairn Financial Advisers where he acted as Nominated Adviser to a number of listed companies, holding the status of Qualified Executive (as granted by the London Stock Exchange).
EDUCATION: Lisa Avellini holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Natal and is an English qualified solicitor.
BIO: Lisa has over 24 years of experience in the financial services and investment funds industry and before joining CoinShares held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Balyasny Asset Management. Prior to that Lisa was Senior Legal Counsel at Citadel and before joining the buy-side, Lisa spent over 15 years in private practice at “Magic Circle” and “White Shoe” law firms where her areas of expertise spanned investment funds, structured finance and securitisation.
EDUCATION: Graduated from the Celsa - Sorbonne Université (Grande Ecole of Communications & Journalism) and the Hasso Plattner Institute School of Design Thinking.
BIO: Benoît has over 15 years of experience in developing marketing, communications, advertising and branding. He joined CoinShares from the leading crypto hardware firm Ledger. Prior to that he has held positions involving strategy, branding and innovation with Ogilvy Consulting, SID LEE, M&CSAATCHI, Fred & Farid and Digitas.

BIO: Pierre has close to 20 years experience in finance in both traditional markets and cryptocurrencies. Prior to CoinShares, Pierre co-founded Blockchain Solutions, a technology and strategy consulting company, and Emergence Labs, specialized in Bitcoin trading technology, both located in Paris. Previously, Pierre was a trader undertaking statistical and index arbitrage strategies for banks and hedge funds such as Nomura, Millennium Partners, Dresdner Kleinwort and Natixis.

BIO: Annabel is a senior HR leader with deep expertise in shaping and delivering commercial, business-aligned HR strategy across global financial services organisations. She has extensive experience within alternative investment management, including alternatives, private equity and investment management, partnering closely with senior leaders through growth, transformation and pre/post-M&A environments. Prior to CoinShares, Annabel worked at Rokos Capital Management and has held roles at Lazard Asset Management, Actis LLP and Credit Agricole (CIB). Her background spans talent strategy, organisational design, reward and leadership development across EMEA, the US and Asia. Annabel is known for combining strong commercial acumen with pragmatic people solutions that support investment performance and culture. She is a CIPD member.
